How does online consulting work?

1. You will receive a form via email where you will fill out all your information. I need to understand your routine, food preferences and dislikes, the activities you do and their intensity, in addition to a series of other information. This form will guide me in putting together your meal plan. If you have had any recent blood tests, please send them to me. You will also receive a guide with instructions for taking measurements.

2. Using the form, I will create your dietary plan along with a plan for supplementation and compounding. A blood test will be requested if you have not had any recent blood tests.

3. Your planning will be delivered via email within 72 hours. To ensure you get the most out of your follow-up, please keep me updated via WhatsApp at least once a week.
