1. Before your first appointment , you will receive a pre-appointment form via email. This form will help me make the service even more personalized . If you have had any recent blood tests, please send them to me. You will also receive a guide with instructions for taking measurements.

2. On the day of the consultation , I will send you the link to the online room so we can carry out the consultation. I use Google Meetings but if you prefer another platform, please let me know so we can make changes.

3. During the consultation , I will investigate everything that can be taken care of through diet : maintaining body composition, intestinal health, hair, skin and nail health, hydration, sleep quality and disposition, among others. From this consultation, I will put together your dietary plan along with supplementation and herbal medicine plans if necessary. The first consultation lasts on average 1 hour.

4. Your planning will be delivered via email within 48 hours. To ensure you get the most out of your follow-up, please keep me updated via WhatsApp every week.
